Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create in Depot. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your notes, tutorials, media, or other user-generated content.

Acceptable Use

Depot is a personal knowledge management tool. You agree not to use the service to:

Store or distribute illegal content
Attempt to access other users' data
Abuse API endpoints or overload the service
Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract data from other users

Service Availability

Depot is provided as-is with no warranty of availability, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data.

Limitation of Liability

Depot and its operators are not liable for any data loss, damages, or issues arising from the use of this service. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Depot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
